Sugar Hollow Retreat: Morgan + Meg's Elegant Navy Spring Wedding in the Mountains
Morgan and Meg were originally supposed to get married in the winter, but due to Covid, they decided to reschedule their wedding for May. I know that rescheduling was so tough on everyone, but honestly, I am SO glad that they decided to wait. Sunshine just showered down on us the entire day at Sugar Hollow Retreat— everything was green and had finally bloomed. Truly, the mountains were truly showing off for them!
Sugar Hollow Retreat: Kelsey + Eric's Warm September Tennessee Wedding
Eric and Kelsey are married!
Even though their original plans had changed a few times thanks to Covid, these two were finally able to become husband and wife on Labor Day weekend in September! Since Kelsey and Eric are from Ohio, they chose Sugar Hollow Retreat because they offer weekend packages with lodging on-site, so it made traveling a little bit easier for their families! They also loved the relaxing atmosphere and outdoor retreat feel of the venue, which made their wedding weekend feel more like a vacation in the mountains than a traditional wedding day and allows for more time spent with friends and family! Sugar Hollow is also dog-friendly, which was an added bonus for these two dog lovers!
Butler, TN: Zach + Daisy's Rustic and Rainy Wedding at Sugar Hollow Retreat
Daisy and Zach were married at the lodge at Sugar Hollow Retreat in Butler, Tennessee. The original plan had been to have the ceremony on the lawn and reception under the tent, but Mother Nature had other plans! We all kept glancing at the weather radars, silently hoping there would be a break in the rain. The forecast didn't give any sign of it giving up, so Daisy made the decision to go for Plan B and moved the ceremony under the tent. Shortly after, the two said, "I do," to the sound of raindrops pattering on the tent and underneath the twinkling string lights. Talk about a romantic way to become husband and wife!
